How long does shipping take for my order?

Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Do I need to refrigerate Pintola Peanut Butter after opening?

Refrigeration is not mandatory, but it helps preserve the natural oils and extends freshness, especially for our 'All-Natural' range which lacks stabilizers.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
